The following conditions apply to meetings/academy training courses organized from Optidee Germany. Self-organized team meetings, product meetings, etc. are excluded from this.
The conditions apply (from August 2023) to the following Optidee training courses:
Opti-Basic, Opti-Business, Opti-Online, Opti-Coach, Team Building, TOP-Program and Opti-Earnings.
The conditions for Look behind the scenes, Opti-Day and Incentive-Day are described separately in the relevant meeting.
Registration for a meeting must be done via the portal. If you are registered under two names, you must register your partner as a “guest”.
If the registration in the portal has been completed on time, you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Academy training courses/meetings from 2023 to December 2024 are free, including the TOP Programme.
If canceled within 48 hours before the start (or if you do not participate without deregistration), Optidee will charge € 35.00 (excl. VAT). You will receive an invoice for these costs for your administration. The collection will take place as usual 10 days after the invoice date.
You can unsubscribe via the portal up to 48 hours before the start of the training.
If you stop as an advisor, any registration or confirmation of participation for meetings/trainings will lapse.
Duikenburg offers a standard lunch. If you have dietary requirements, you can inform us by e-mail up to 48 hours before the start of the meeting/training.

For a number of training courses it is possible to choose one or more test packages with a 50% discount. An overview of the training courses to which this applies and the sets you can choose from can be found in the portal.
The content of the test packages has been determined by Optidee and may always be changed by Optidee.
Participants are obliged to protect their access data against unauthorized access. Only the participant is entitled to use the access data. Disclosure of the access data to other persons is prohibited. The participant is liable for non-compliance.
Optidee Marketing GmbH uses the Zoom platform for online training.
When participating in an online meeting via Zoom, the participant must enter the webinar room as a guest, stating his first and last name. The participant must also be visible via the camera. If these conditions are not met, the participant cannot be admitted to the online meeting and participation is excluded.
If a webinar is interrupted due to a technical malfunction or technical problem for which the participant is responsible, the participant is not entitled to a repeat of the webinar or a refund of (part of) any compensation already paid.
Optidee Marketing GmbH reserves the right, if there is a valid reason, for example illness of the speaker, to assign another trainer to a meeting or to make a change in the schedule.
Optidee Marketing GmbH has the right to exclude participants in special cases
(further) participation, for example in the event of non-payment, non-payment or disruption of the meeting and activities. In these cases, Optidee Marketing GmbH is entitled to payment of the full participant fee.
Optidee Marketing GmbH is only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for the violation of essential contractual obligations is in accordance with the statutory provisions. In this case, however, the claim for damages is limited to the typically foreseeable damage.
Work documents and used computer software are protected by copyright. Copying, reproduction or disclosure to third parties is only permitted with the prior permission of the copyright holder.
Optidee Marketing GmbH is entitled in the context of the meetings to make, reproduce, broadcast or have broadcast sound, photo and film recordings of the speakers, as well as the meeting participants and their supervisors, which go beyond the reproduction of a current affairs event (right to own image), as well as publishing it, in particular on the Internet, in audiovisual media or having it used.
Consent is expressly given with the waiver of a claim for compensation.
The making of photo, film and sound recordings by participants is prohibited, unless agreed otherwise in writing in advance.
